When making a deposit, you must pay using your own name only. Third-party payment methods are not allowed. If this rule is violated, bm999 may refund the amount and suspend the account.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally completed within one hour, though verification processes may sometimes cause delays.

bm999 may reject or put on hold a withdrawal request for reasonable cause. In such cases, bm999 will provide an explanation.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bm999 works to prevent money laundering and illegal financial transactions. If suspicious financial activity is detected on any account, an investigation will be started immediately.

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

bm999 offers a welcome bonus of 150% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount. This means you cannot withdraw winnings from the bonus until you have completed 15x wagering on it.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met within the specified validity period.
• Bonuses may not be shared with third parties.
• Different bonus codes cannot be combined at the same time — only one can be used at a time.
• bm999 may change or stop any bonus promotion with prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any related winnings may be voided.

4.3 VIP Program

The bm999 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs for each VIP tier—

• Bronze — maximum weekly cashback 0.2%
• Silver — maximum weekly cashback 0.3%
• Gold — maximum weekly cashback 0.5%
• Platinum — maximum weekly cashback 0.6%
• Diamond — maximum weekly cashback 0.8%

VIP tiers are upgraded based on a player's consistent play and activity on the platform.

5.1 Fair Play

All games on bm999 are conducted fairly. Results are generated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, so no player can predict the outcome in advance.

5.2 Prohibited Actions

• Attempting to exploit software exploits or bugs to gain an advantage in games
• Intentionally exploiting network or technical vulnerabilities
• Using bots, auto-play software, or macros
• Colluding unfairly with other players

If any of the above violations are found, bm999 may forfeit the funds in that account and permanently close it.

5.3 Technical Connectivity

Bets placed may be lost if your internet connection drops during a game. This is not bm999's responsibility — players must ensure their own internet connection is stable.
